When registering, should I include a Portfolio?

While not required, we encourage portfolios as evidence of skill. If you have a website, drive folder, or Github repository (as examples), please share.

What are the general stages of hiring?

Pretty straightforward:

1. We review applications and decide if we should schedule a quick phone interview.
2. If that goes well, we line up an interview with the hiring manager.
3. If that goes well, a series of additional interviews happen.
4. If you reach the final stage, you will receive an offer letter (usually after a verbal offer).

Can you tell me why I was not selected?

We receive a good number of applications. Early in the hiring process, we cannot give this feedback. If you make it to later stages, we’re happy to give feedback.
